I wrote a new song called "Haji(Hitori jyanai)", which means "Shame(You're not alone)" in Japanese. (click here to listen to it) A girl from Japan wrote to me to open up. She told me that her teacher raped her and she sent him to jail. A group of older boys and girls from her school beat her up her because of it, and she ended up in the hospital. She said "The teachers look at me weird. When I walk down the halls, I hold my briefcase up so no one can see my face." She said "A lot of people agree that what happened to me is wrong, but I still feel by myself." I wrote this song for her. This song is also to anyone who has ever been raped before. I can't be with you psychically, but through this song I will always be right next to you. I promise.
